Hello East Africa is operated by Inspire Ambitions SME Ltd, registered in Uganda. A licensed local partner sits behind every regulated activity - gorilla and chimp permits, guiding, transport and lodges.
No supplier is used on a live trip until it has been vetted and marked approved offline - lodges, vehicles, guides and permit handlers. We keep the supplier file private, then share the relevant operating details before a traveller or agency commits.
Our AI assistant helps with planning, response speed, itinerary drafting and partner support. Final bookings, permits, supplier confirmations, payments, refunds and safety-related decisions are reviewed by a human member of our team. Always.
Permit prices and availability are subject to official confirmation before booking. We never confirm gorilla, chimpanzee, lodge or vehicle availability until the supplier or authority confirms it in writing. Every quote carries a validity date.
Every trip runs with a documented emergency and safety SOP - local contacts, escalation steps and a real person reachable while you travel. We plan for the day things go wrong, not just the brochure day.
Deposits, balances and cancellation terms are written into every booking before you pay. Non-refundable supplier costs are flagged up front. No surprises at the balance stage.
