Sell Uganda without owning the operational risk. We hold the permits, build the documents and run the ground, quietly, behind your brand.
Send us the enquiry. We hold the permit and return a quote within 24 hours, and you owe nothing until your client says yes.
Branded itineraries, a pre-trip pack and a permit-confirmation letter carrying your logo. Nothing to rebuild before you forward it.
Your clients are yours, contractually. We never go direct. That makes us safer than the supplier you have now.
Bwindi sector choice, permit timing, Kidepo logistics, diaspora handling. Hard questions answered in twenty minutes.
How a partner enquiry flows: you forward the enquiry, we return a net-rate, your-branded quote within 24 hours (AI drafts, a human approves), and licensed local partners run every regulated step. Your client never hears our name.
This is the kind of client-ready itinerary we hand you to forward, on your branding. Face to face with a habituated mountain gorilla family in Bwindi, wrapped in a calm, well-handled few days.
Met at Entebbe, transferred south-west by scenic drive or light aircraft, into a forest-edge lodge by evening.
Dawn briefing, then into the forest with rangers and trackers for a permitted hour with the gorillas. Afternoon at leisure.
A gentler day: a Batwa cultural walk, a waterfall trail or birding, at your client's pace.
Transfer to Entebbe. The 5-day option adds a second trek or a Lake Bunyonyi extension.
Indicative net rates, per person, twin share, excluding international flights. These are agency net; you set the client price and keep the difference. Live net rates are confirmed per enquiry.

Permit prices and availability are subject to official confirmation before booking. We do not confirm gorilla, chimpanzee, lodge or vehicle availability until the supplier or authority confirms it in writing. Deposits are structured so permits and non-refundable costs are covered upfront, so neither of us is exposed if a trip changes.
One of the documents we prepare under your brand, to reassure your client that the permit is held. Sample wording:
Dear [ Client name ],
We are pleased to confirm that your gorilla trekking permit for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park has been secured and is held against your booking for [ trek date ], reference [ ___ ].
Your permitted visit allows one hour with a habituated gorilla family, accompanied by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Permit allocation is subject to the Authority's final written confirmation, which we hold on file.
With thanks for travelling with us,
[ Your Agency ]
Issued on your letterhead. Your client sees you. Behind it, our licensed local partner has sourced and held the permit.
The single thing that keeps agencies tied to a supplier they have outgrown is the fear the ground partner will go direct. We remove it, in writing.
Any traveller introduced to Hello East Africa (Inspire Ambitions SME Ltd) by a partner agency remains the client of that agency. We will not market to, solicit, or sell directly to that traveller, during the engagement or after it. This is a binding contractual term, included in every partner agreement.
It is a contract clause, not a line of marketing copy. The full signed agreement is provided when we begin working together.
It drafts quotes, prepares itineraries and keeps your enquiry moving fast. It never confirms a permit, releases a payment, approves a refund or makes a safety call. Those reach a human, every time.
