3 — Six categories (replace the empty/missing category UI)

Show as pills above the post grid (horizontal scroll on mobile).

Each category page: H1 + the one-line description + list of posts + the sticky Local Expert card. Add a category-level CTA at the bottom: Plan a trip that fits this →.

4 — Tags

The current two tags ("3 days gorilla trekking uganda", "African Money") look abandoned. Two choices:

bwindi, mgahinga, gorilla-permit, silverback, chimps, kibale, murchison-falls, queen-elizabeth, kidepo, entebbe, kampala, eta-visa, yellow-fever, honeymoon-uganda, diaspora-uganda.

• Option A (recommended): Hide the Tags widget entirely until you have ≥ 15 real, consolidated tags. Categories carry the structural weight; tags add nothing today.
• Option B: Repopulate with these 15 tags drawn from real post bodies (apply during the Phase E7 freshness pass):

Tags should be lowercase, hyphenated, singular where possible.
